90s TMNT Talkin Turtles All 4 turtles , mostly complete accessories ( a few pcs are missing , Donatello & Raphael missing the Rockin Roll signs ) . The figures are clean and good fully functional . Some of the red “talkin” bands are broke but still included . They still make a muffled alien talking sound if you run a red talking band through the back , not at all what it sounded like 30 years ago , but still amusing.
