Here's a unique and wonderful piece of original artwork that was done for an aerospace corporate magazine in the 1970s -1980s. It depicts a fanciful rocket leaving earth behind and heading out to infinity and beyond! The colors are wonderful, and there's a nice sense of motion to it. The signature says "Auckland", who I know was an illustrator the company used frequently, but about whom I can find no further information. The illustration board itself has some water damage in the upper lefthand corner, but does not affect the painted area.
