Make A Wish Art Doll Figurine Needle Felting. Made by painstakingly layering and poking dyed wool roving. Her head and hands are wired so you can carefully position them as you like. She is dressed in cobalt blue with a dandelion pattern on the front and back of her dress. She has a long braid of brown hair and she is holding a dandelion good to blow and make a wish.
