Vintage 1990s or possibly 2001 punk style slip dress in black and white starlet photo print with large vibrant red roses. Icons include Mae West, Veronica lake and Marilyn Monroe. Made by brand "waxed" in the usa out of soft stretchy nylon lycra blend with a slight velvet feel to it. Dress slips over head with no closures and stretches to give sexy snug fit.
