MX-5 NA ALUMINIUM DOOR PANELS KIT


This is a Pair of Aluminium door panels for the NA, which are installed using the top half of the door trim (door crash pad)

What you can expect when ordering this kit:

Full kit. We include everything you need for the installation (Left and Right door panel, Stainless Steel bolts and washers, fabric door pull strap, nuts and spacers, full instructions!). Only the door crash pads are not included, which you will have to reuse from your door trim.

Installation is done with special flexible nuts, which fit in the existing mounting holes on the door frame and make installation quick and easy. As a bonus, these nuts eliminate all metal-on-metal contact which would cause rattling noises from the door panels.

Door pull straps use OEM door handle mounting position, and do NOT just screw into the aluminium. This is very important and means that you are pulling on the strong steel body of the door, not on the weaker aluminium sheet metal. Not only does this hide the pull strap fastener for a cleaner look, but the pull strap becomes a lot more reliable, and we avoid all damage that the aluminium panel and the fasteners holding it in place would take over time by the constant pulling.

Cut with CNC Laser for maximum precision and cut quality. The panels come covered with a protective film to keep the surface pristine during shipping and installation.
