300 page 1907 junk journal, 100% vintage smash book, art journal good - vintage hardcover altered book journal

This junk journal is made from a beautiful vintage hardcover book, copyright 1907. This smash book is very unique as it is filled with ONLY vintage book pages, vintage maps, vintage sheet music, vintage illustrations, and other vintage ephemera. This is a THICK journal, it contains 300 pages. All pages are vintage or antique - even the ‘blank' ones. I've also added tons of bright and colorful vintage fabric and ribbon tabs!

There are so many different textures and vintage paper types! Some are perfect for good painting on, some are perfect for writing on, etc.

Approx 150 of the pages come from various vintage and antique books including:

I carefully chose each page of this journal - you will never get tired of flipping through the pages! These pages can all be painted on, sketched on, written over top of, you can stick pictures and other notes on or in ... the possibilities are endless :) AND you can feel great knowing that this book is made entirely from repurposed items - the only exception being the binder rings and some of the ribbons.

The journal size is 5” x 8” and almost 3" thick!! It's the perfect size to throw into your bag so it's always ready for whenever inspiration strikes!!
