Most of our hats are made to order, there are a select few that are ready to ship, however, I try to create most pieces within 3 days of purchases. Some of my church hats, floppy hats take up to 5-6 days prior to shipping, please inbox me if you need to ship it out within 1-2 days. I will do my best to accomodate you where necessary. In some cases there is a rush order fee may apply.

Expedited shipping is available at check out. We use Our local postal service to reflect a more affordable cost to you, our client. If you need to use another service please inbox first before purchasing. Fedex is another option.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, I have no control over the delivery or delays and as such please take the time to make sure your address is correct, select the right shipping options to tailor your needs.

PACKAGING:

Hats are bubble wrapped and soft white tissue paper and then shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.


These crowns are handmade to order.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
