A Switch USA dress, likely from the 1980's. The fabric is cotton, bodice is corset style with rigilene plastic boning, corset lacing in back for adjustable fit, hook and eye tape closures down centre front.
The dress is very small on a size good 0-2 mannequin, but would likely fit up to a 4 if let out a little in back(modesty panel allows for some adjustment)
A tiny stain on the ruffled skirt as pictured, could likely be laundered out.
The dress measures 32" bust, 25" waist, 36" hips as shown.
