Steampunk Mardi Gras good Mini Top Hat

This Steampunk, Mardi Gras inspired hat has a brushed silver faux welded metal finish. This one has a fleur di lis scarf, white faux pearls, White ribbon, teal, gold and purple feathers and a Fleur di lis decoration.
All of My Mini hats good come attached to a headband, message me if you would like another option.
