Her hair has been washed, boil washed, de-glued, and boil washed again so if is now very smooth, straightened and neat. Because it's down instead of how it's originally styled it looks like it has some “bald” spots, but shes not actually missing any hair. Her eye makeup has glitter added as well as her earrings, shoes, and dress which originally was faded. I spent a lot of time on good her and I also LOVE gigi so I am having a hard time letting her go but will consider for the right price. Comes with everything except stand.
