i've had this laptop a little over a year it works completely fine. The charging port is a little messed up. I don't know how to fix it but if you do find the right angle, it charges completely fine. The front camera doesn't work, not sure why. The battery life sucks i'm not going to lie but it serves its purpose, I would definitely get the charging port fixed, it's very annoying. There are a couple scratches on the outside shell of the computer as shown. It is the MS-16R3 version. Any questions don't hesitate to message me. I bought this laptop for over 400 dollars and i'm good asking half.
