This Midori style cover is the perfect travel companion with a creative soul in mind. With its unconventional combination of Eco printed textile in cotton canvas and Sanderson upholstery fabric, it combines style and functionality.

With sewn in Pockets and Pen Holder, the ecoprinted fauxdori from artist quality cotton canvas will stand the test of time in terms of its durability and use. Being refillable it will make a great nature themed ‘new jobs gift' where the recipient can tailor the inserts to their needs.
The canvas has been eco printed with real leaves collected on my foraging walks and features immortalised Rose Leaves on the front. The natural dye bath I used created painterly markings around the leaves.
I lined the inside with discontinued Sanderson upholstery fabric that has a neutral mottled pattern with slight sheen and texture, lending it a rustic elegant appearance.
Silver coloured eyelets compliment both the cover and lining and the soft, tan coloured Lycra elastic bands blend in really well on both sides. The closure is also from this material and slips over to allow for expansion.
The inside front has three pockets, large enough to hold bank/shop cards and a large pocket that runs to the height of the cover.
The inside back has a large slanted pocket with my Ipigogo label sewn in. It also features a sewn in Pen Holder.
The cover has been top stitched and rustically ‘hemmed' all around.
