SHIPPING POLICY


We ship to the etsy,s confirmed address and buyers are usually required to sign the parcel upon receipt, this is for safety reasons both both or buyers and us. If an item is returned back to us or to the courier's depot for wrong address or buyer's non-acceptance for a reason, buyer will have to pay re-sending/restocking charges and in case of refund, deduction of shipping charges

If your address is in remote area, where USPS/ DHL do not deliver direct, Then you will have to pay extra 30 $ to 50$ on top of the Freight cost. We will only get to know when we book with USPS/DHL, if DHL confirm remote area we will ask buyers to pay extra cost.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30 days returns and refund policy. Items must be sent back in unused condition with all the tags attached.

Unfortunately we cannot replace or accept return of used items Replacement shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer unless we have sent a faulty or significantly not as described item. Refunds due to wrong size selection, did not like the item, change my mind etc, will be issued after deducting shipping amount even if the original shipping is FREE due to any promotion because the shipping is apparently paid by us.
