PS4, works great, comes with 2 controllers and 2 games, kingdom hearts the story so far and kingdom hearts 3, but KH3 doesn't come with a case. Two small scratches on top (see photos) good and blue controller has small ripple (see photos) on one side when it was dropped. Black controller great condition, and both work perfectly. 500 gb model, comes with power cord and hmdi cable, ready to use. Will be factory reset like new.
