Mini diaper cakes Under the Sea (4 in the set) would each be created using 5 Pampers Swaddlers sz 1 diapers, attached to a 7" cake plate. Wrapped with under the sea ribbon pictured. Tier tops decorated with mixed paper shred & a die cut cake topper that I created - double-sided. Each measures approx 6”x10" to the top of the topper (these must be placed back on top after delivery.) These can be purchased single sided or double sided.
