good Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz, and one of my favourite stones, not only because it is absolutely beautiful but also because it helps me personally with anxiety, helping me feel calm while helping reduce my migraines.
We get most of our Amethyst from Brazil, but some come from Ontario.
