This antique Chinese traditional garment would have been made for a very young child from a somewhat wealthy family. The entire garment is made with heavy weight silk satin and is fully lined. The front of the top is plain with high end traditional good Han Chinese closure with trim and button balls. The back has very fine embroidery with peking knot (aka forbidden stitch) and couching. Lucky baby...
The piece is in good condition...no rips, no tears, no holes....
