Koi Expecting A good Visitor

The most prized Chinese traditional paintings are those that reveal the artist's personality and character, and it is believed that an evil person cannot make a fine work of art. The traditional canvases on which these paintings are made are good paper or silk. I have always been intrigued by this ancient and beautiful art, and have found that working to achieve the same effect on high-fired porcelain has been a challenge and a pleasure.
