Vintage S G Gilbert Dress 1970s 1980s Does 1930s Blouson Style Ivory White Sheer Floral Lace Medium 34 / 36 good Bust with Slip Lord and Taylor

Feminine 1930s feel good to this 1970s/1980s S.G. Gilbert dress, from Lord and Taylor. The lightweight lace fabric is soft and flows beautifully. It has a bit of stretch. The bodice has a net lining. Faux neck tie look. A separate slip.

Labeled size 10, but please note measurements below:

Dress:
Bust opens to 36 inches. Meant to be a little loose, as in the 1930s blouson style.
Drop waist is 30 inches.
Hips open to 48 inches.
Sleeve is 20 inches long.
Shoulder seam to seam is 15 inches.
Length is 44 inches.

Pretty scalloped edge to the bottom. Pull over, no zipper.

Slip:
Bust is 34 inches.
Waist is 30 inches.
Hips are 41 inches.
Length is 40-1/2 inches.
Zipper and clasp in the back. A silky acetate type fabric.
