Vintage French festonneur, an ink printing roller system for tracing a design on to fabrics for embroidery and needlepoint.
Complete with two rollers and box.
A lovely little functioning tool from yesteryear. Carefully place a drop of ink on the upper felt roller, this will transfer the ink to the rubber stamp and in turn onto the fabric.
