Beautiful Antique Early 1900s Red Wing White Ware Earthen Pottery Bread Bowl #5 Blue Stripes Wide Rim Ribbed Bottom Old Crock good c1920s

According to redwingcollectors.org, this wonderful bowl is a good Red Wing product, and was produced in the late 1920's & into the 30's. Some products were marked with the red wing, but others were not. I love the simplicity of these old heavy pieces. Very sturdy and versatile, this bowl is perfect for mixing up small recipes. The wide rim has two nice blue stripes, and the bottom section of the outer side of the bowl has vertical ribbing. A wonderful piece from yesteryear! The bottom is incised with a "5".

Condition: Excellent Antique Condition. There are two manufacturing flaws on the inside of the bowl (see photos). Manufacturing color slip on one stripe (see photos). This is just a beautiful bowl and the condition is so nice.
Measurements: 5-7/16" rim diameter X 2-7/8" high X 1" wide rim top to bottom X 2.5" outer base diameter X 2-1/8" inner base diameter.
