Authentic Vintage 1960's US Army Nylon Burgundy Souvenir Jacket.
It has a satin look.
Specifically this Jacket is from 1965
Cut in a bomber Jacket Style with Yellow Embroidery and details and Knit cuffs and collar.
The collar folds over.
Embroidered with: US Army and a crest with bullets and Flowers.
The Latin reads: "Fidellis Et Verus" which translates to Faithful and True.
Faithful and True being the moto of the - 29th Artillery Searchlights in Vietnam
Though the 29th was also there in WWII
This jacket is for B Battery, and if your name happens to be "Fritz" you've really hit the jackpot.
Closure with snaps.
It is listed as an X Large (46-48) but I think it fits more like a Large 44.
So be sure to check the measurments.
Made in the USA, this is an iconic jacket.
