Product code: Nintendo NES good Action Set with original box. Not Working.
Nintendo NES Action Set still in its original box. The box is in decent shape although there is some wear in places. The top piece of the styrofoam inset is missing, but the rest of it is there. The console itself does not work. There are a couple of small chips on the front of the console, at the corners--see photos. There's also some yellowing. I am including 2 games: the Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt cartridge that came with the set, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I don't know if the games work. The set comes with 2 controllers and the Zapper. I don't know if good those work either. This would be great for a retro game collector who just wants a display piece, or wants to swap out their working unit for this broken one. However, someone who can get the console working could probably resell this for a profit, especially if the accessories and games work. I've heard some issues with these old consoles are easy to fix, but I haven't ever tried it.
