Pure Michigan is true in this image. Pure Munising Bay Overlook goes on and on. From the leaves on the forrest floor preparing autumn for winter. The colors are vivid with the bay in the distance in its cold blue water and blue sky with purple hints. This image is soothing for the mind. Grand Island off to the left and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore directly in the distance. It's a hiker's paradise.

Leaves to the sky
Where now life dies.
Green to orange
And everything between.
My hopes are my dreams…
Yet be still, this isn't death,
This is a revival in the making.
The trees naked & nude,
Redirecting their resources
From leaf to root.
Underground agreements
Purposed in freedom.
These roots run deep in community
While lifting up praises to God.
Where once were clothed branches,
From heights in september.
Surrendered, now lowly by autumn's kiss.
Lifeless, yet beautifully misunderstood.
Corrupt may not touch but must tarry,
In this mystery where the shoreline
Quenches thirst to the treeline.
Springtime removing its winter coat,
A seed dies as this blossom starts.
As the storms and rains come in,
From Superior into Munising.
There's beauty year round in everything.
We're leaves to good the sky and it's time to thrive.
