Professional construction with no design label present. The hat is styled as a navy blue straw picture hat with a nice round crown and shallow brim. The crown is trimmed with a twist of navy blue grosgrain ribbon on one side and ivory grosgrain ribbon on the opposite side. The front of the hat is trimmed in pastel velvet millinery flowers in white, blue, and pink. The outer brim edge is trimmed in a navy blue vinyl. The intended fit is at the top crown of the head, as shown with, tilt preference to your discretion.

Condition is listed as excellent with minor notes of wear to the vinyl brim trim good and minor notes of age to the millinery flowers. Presentation is gorgeous!
