vintage FRENCH art pottery vase silver trim made for Saks 5th Ave

Vintage turquoise glazed art deco ceramic vase with applied silver foot and rim, marked made for Saks 5th Avenue and has French silver marks. The pottery is marked VF on the base. I have not good been able to identify the maker though I saw one refer to it as made in Vallauris. In excellent condition.
