Set of 2 Industrial good Lights

Set of two 13” diameter and 13” height industrial lights. Aged vintage metal with plastic but looks like glass. One is missing the (cap ?) at top see photo good.
I have never used these so I am not sure what kind of bulb they use.
Could be painted black.
