Mini sized Alice diorama.
Welcome to a little corner of curiosities belonging to Alice in Wonderland. Alice is made of solid wood and painted with a little pinny and blue hairband. I've assembled the box and it's adorned with various embellishments that have been hand painted. Look inside and you'll find a hand painted miniature bread and butterfly. The entrance to her little world has hand painted mushrooms, pink wings and spirals. Around the edges are some mushrooms and a tiny hand painted golden lock and key The feet is a wooden bobbin painted candy floss pink. Alice can come out of her box to eat some mushrooms should she need to grow or shrink!
Each mini art box takes many hours to complete and is a beautiful addition to any collection. These boxes and characters are hand painted, not decoupaged so that each one is unique.
Although the boxes are sturdy, some embellishments are fragile and should be handled gently.
