OOAK Large MCM Centerpiece, topiary good 60s, fruit nuts mushrooms

I am not sure where to start.

I have never seen anything quite like this…and even after scurrying home with it good and time searching the ‘internet's' I still haven't seen one very like it.

I need to get my decorating magazines from the 60s.
